Wider losses at Tristar sent the San Antonio, Texas, maker of pe

Wider losses at Tristar sent the San Antonio, Texas, maker of
perfumes and cosmetics down 1/2 to 6 1/2. For its second quarter,
which ended Feb. 27, the company's losses widened to four cents a
share from a one-cent deficit a year earlier. Tr istar blamed a
decline in sales in Latin America.

USA Truck fell 1 1/4 to 8. ABN Amro lowered its recommendation
on the stock to hold from buy. On Wednesday the Van Buren, Ark.,
trucking concern reported earnings of 25 cents a share for the
first quarter, meeting analysts' estimates.
